Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views!
“We’ve been staying at this rental property over the last three years. The unit is very spacious with ocean front views from the living room, kitchen, and 2 of the three bedrooms. The appliances are all very new, the washer and dryer are brand new, everything is top notch. Common areas are very well kept and managed. The pool and hot tub are are all surrounded by brick pavers, tables and lounge chairs. All clean and well kept. We are always amazed at how quiet it is here, private beach access makes for a spacious beach. The owners, David and Sheila are the nicest landlords you could ask for. Always return calls ASAP and are a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend renting this unit, with approximately 1800 sq feet, three bedrooms, and freshly painted …You be hard pressed to find better.”

”We rented David and Sheila’s beachfront for the summer and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. Booking was easy with great and fast communication/response. We arrived with easy check in instructions and were pleasantly surprised that it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view from the living room and bedrooms were absolutely unbelievable. It was such a joy to wake up to everyday. The condo is located on the north island. South Island has more tourist restaurants and shops but North Island beaches are the best. They are intimate and beautiful. The town of Fort Pierce is less than desirable but we mostly stayed on North and South islands, downtown, and Vero Beach. Downtown is a small area but has many cute boutiques and places to eat. Sailfish brewery and Pierced Ciderworks are located downtown. And The Square Grouper is my favorite (you must have their coconut mojito)! There were a few plumbing issues that took a while to be resolved but it was not at the fault of David and Sheila. They were great to work with. I would definitely recommend the condo and we would love to stay again someday.”

“We LOVE this place! We booked it for the summer 2018 and it looks just like in the pictures. Since we have a family of 6 this condo was just perfect for us cause it has 3 BDs and it has amazing oceanfront views!! When we just arrived the condo was clean and it had some household supplies for the first days of stay which was very cool. Sheila was always ready to answer all the questions we had and made our application process and arrival smooth and fast. it's in the great location and there is Publix in 5 min drive and some nice restaurants around. Still having so much fun and none of us wanted to leave!”
